Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Mawjood AI ("we", "us") collects when you use the Mn AI desktop app, this website and our sign-in and billing service, and how we use it.

The short version: your code, prompts and model API keys stay on your computer. We only keep what we need to sign you in, run the free trial fairly and know whether your subscription is active.

1. What we collect

Account: your email address, and whether you signed in with an email code or Google. From Google we receive only your email address and the fact that it is verified.
Computer identifier: a scrambled (hashed) identifier for the computer the app runs on, used to allow one free trial per computer. It cannot be turned back into your computer's real identifier.
Network address: a scrambled form of your IP address, used to limit how many free trials start from one network and to stop abuse of sign-in.
Subscription: from Paddle we receive your subscription's status, plan, renewal date and an internal reference. We never receive your card details.
Support: what you send us when you email support.

2. What we do not collect

We do not receive your projects, code, files, prompts or AI responses, and we do not receive the API keys you add for AI providers. These stay on your computer, and your requests go from your computer directly to the AI provider you chose. That provider's privacy policy applies to what you send it.

3. How we use your data

to create your account and sign you in;
to run the free trial and prevent trial abuse;
to check whether your subscription is active;
to send you sign-in codes and important account or service messages;
to answer support requests and keep our services secure.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Who we share it with

Paddle processes payments as our Merchant of Record and has its own privacy notice.
Resend delivers our sign-in code emails.
Google, if you choose to sign in with Google.
DigitalOcean hosts our sign-in and billing server.

We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your account data while your account exists. Sign-in requests and codes are deleted within a day. Records used to limit free trials per network are deleted after a week. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your personal data except what we must keep by law, such as payment records held by Paddle.

6. Cookies

This website and our sign-in pages do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

7. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing support@getmnai.com. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.

8. Security

Our servers use encrypted connections. Sign-in codes and session tokens are stored only in scrambled form, and access to our servers is restricted.

9. Children

Mn AI is not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

If we change this policy in a significant way we will tell you by email or in the app.
